Shari Maloney is a previous president of Inclusion Network and has volunteered with the organization for over 15 years. Shari is passionate about central Minnesota and making the area welcoming for all who want to call it home. Shari is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Alexandria Technical & Community College in Alexandria, Minnesota. She has worked at the college for over 40 years and has served as the leader of the Human Resources Department for over 25 years.
Shari has a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in management from Southwest Minnesota State University-Marshall. Shari has served on the board of West Central Minnesota SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management), Lakes Area Professional Women, and the Osakis School District. She is currently a board member at Galeon Senior Living in Osakis.
Shari enjoys spending time with family and friends. She lives with her husband in Osakis, and she has three adult sons and extended family. Her hobbies include reading, playing piano, and enjoying warm weather activities. She is active in her church and volunteers in her community.
