Jennifer is the Secretary of the Inclusion Network and became a member in 2025. For the past 11 years, she has proudly called Alexandria home and is deeply committed to making it a community where everyone feels welcome, safe, and valued.

Originally from the Twin Cities area, Jennifer grew up surrounded by the hustle and bustle of urban life. Moving to Alexandria brought a big change of pace, but she’s come to truly appreciate the charm and warmth of a small-town atmosphere.

To Jennifer, the Inclusion Network represents belonging — a space where everyone has a voice and an opportunity. She believes that whether you’re on the board, volunteering, or simply supporting the cause, it’s essential to stand up for every member of our community and ensure no one is left out.

Professionally, Jennifer serves in Human Resources at Alexandria College, a place she describes as vibrant and essential to the community — and one she feels proud to be part of.

Outside of work, she’s been happily married to her husband, Josh, for 17 years. Together, they’re raising two wonderful children: Oliver (12) and Evelyn (10). She enjoys spending time with her family, playing video games with her kids, gardening, exercising, sleeping in, drinking coffee, and cooking meals.
